Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Sensus Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Nevada, USA, operating the Foray service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use Foray. Sensus Solutions LLC is the data controller for all personal information collected through this service. We keep it brief and plain.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information — your email address, provided when you sign in via Google, GitHub, or magic link.
• Blueprint inputs — the product ideas and any additional context you submit when generating a blueprint.
• Generated blueprints — the output documents produced for your account, stored so you can access them later.
• Usage data — basic logs such as which pages you visit, when blueprints are generated, and error events. This data is used to operate and improve the service.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide them when contacting support.

2. Anthropic API

Blueprint generation is powered by the Anthropic API. When you submit a product idea, the text of that idea is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic may handle this data according to their own privacy policy and API usage terms. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive or confidential product ideas. Foray does not share your email address or account details with Anthropic.

3. Payments — Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you purchase a blueprint, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment forms. Foray never sees, receives, or stores your card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment information. Stripe may retain your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. 4. Cookies and Analytics

Foray uses a minimal session cookie required for authentication — without it you cannot remain signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may collect aggregate, anonymised usage statistics (page views, feature usage counts) to understand how the product is being used. These statistics cannot be used to identify individual users.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and blueprints are retained for as long as your account exists. Blueprints are stored so you can access them at any time after generation. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted. When you delete your account (see Section 6), all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Your Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@getforay.ai with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 14 business days. Note that we may retain minimal records required for legal or financial compliance (such as transaction records) for the period required by applicable law, after which they will also be deleted.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and a managed cloud database with encryption at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the updated policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
