1. Service Description

Foray is an AI-powered product blueprint generator operated by Sensus Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Nevada, USA (“Sensus Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Foray, you agree to be bound by these Terms with Sensus Solutions LLC. When you submit a product idea, our system uses large language models to produce a structured multi-section document covering user personas, go-to-market strategy, monetization models, UI architecture, analytics plan, technical architecture, security and compliance considerations, DevOps and hosting recommendations, open issues, a build roadmap, and an executive summary. Each blueprint is generated on demand and delivered within the platform. No two blueprints are identical; output depends on the specifics of the idea you submit.

2. Payment Terms

Foray offers the following pricing options: (a) Pay as you go — $299 per blueprint, a one-time charge with no subscription; (b) Professional — $299/month, which includes 5 blueprint credits per month (~$60 per blueprint); (c) Agency — $499/month, with unlimited blueprints; and (d) a Free tier providing one Lite blueprint at no charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email. Prices may change with notice; any price change will not apply to purchases already made.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are unsatisfied with your blueprint for any reason, email us at support@getforay.ai within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund requests received after 7 days will not be honoured.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All blueprint content is generated by AI and is provided for informational and planning purposes only. Foray makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated output. You should review all blueprint content carefully and, where appropriate, consult qualified legal, financial, technical, or business professionals before acting on it. Foray is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the blueprint documents generated for your product ideas. Foray does not claim ownership of the output produced from your inputs. You are free to use, share, modify, or build products based on your blueprints. Foray retains ownership of the platform, software, prompts, and all underlying technology used to produce blueprints.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foray's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the blueprint run giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Foray be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Foray service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
